Two attorneys from Helsell Fetterman will present on employment issues specific to real estate brokerages, including best practices and how to avoid potential risks. Topics will include:

• Office policies for firms with both employees and independent contractors
• Independent contractor agreements
• Recent cases and new developments in employment law
